With such a high profile status and such meticulous attention to detail, aesthetics were everything and compromise on accuracy was not an option. TMC installed a Turbosound Floodlight system comprising 4x 21" subs a side for that "cinema" playback feel and 2x TFL760h floodlight boxes per side for their superior vocal clarity. The small footprint of the system was essential as well as it had to sit in front of the 30kw Astoria house system in a small area behind crowd barriers and then covered by scenery flats. D&B Ci80's were used for the main stalls area where a majority of the crowd were situated. Small boxes with a good throw were helpful in remaining conspicuous around the 30ft Musion 3D hologram screen. A pair were over-hung in the centre and one at each end of the low truss. Finally 4 D&B E3's were used to cover the balcony for the overspill of press and hung from the house box truss to great effect. With a crowd of only around 180 expected, over 300 arrived and the system coped well with the extra capacity.
